I upgraded the room but it didn't seem very upgraded to me. The window was blacked out and the room was a little tight.

Breakfast. Excellent. Location. Couldn’t be better. Picked up at door for travel to our cruise in Fusina. Good restaurant next door. Quiet. So very convenient to everything.

The hotel is in great position, few minutes walk to the Basilica San Marco. You have the boat dock a minute away too which is a great transporting service. The service was awesome I have no objectipns...

Great location for Alilaguna water taxi stop. Quiet area with less crowds, but within a few minutes walk to the St Marks Square area.
Areas for improvement:
Very cold Air conditioner blows directly on bed. Selection of Breakfast offerings could be improved.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The Staff is very accommodating and the bed was so comfortable. We had a view of the canal, it was a bonus!!
